TARGET:
This course is open to all those looking to relax and release
the stress of everyday life. As well as for those who are eager
to search and explore personal improvement. It is a course
to learn this new technique to improve your daily performance
at your workplace. It is also a course for teachers or educators
who want to introduce their students to mindfulness.

It is open to all University staff: teachers, trainers,
headmasters, school and education managers, educational
counsellors, career counsellors, other school staff, other adult
education staff, other higher education staff, other non-governmental
organization staff, public servants, policy makers.

THIS COURSE CAN BE CONDUCTED IN SPANISH OR IN ENGLISH

METHODOLOGY:
This course offers a complete introduction to the mindfulness practice
by discussing basic concepts and practicing fundamental skills
such as sitting meditation. We will also explore practical daily
applications of the mindfulness. We will be working with a small group
in each class.
The course is appropriated for all levels of skills and experience.


DESCRIPTION
Objectives of the course, among others, are:
1.-) Reduce anxiety and stress;
2.-) Support immune function;
3.-) Increase mental resilience and distress tolerance;
4.-) Decrease depressive symptoms;
5.-) Improve overall mental outlook

WHO ARE OUR TEACHERS:
Professional trainer with more than 10 years of
experience teaching and using the methode.
Classes will be conducted in English or in Spanish
according to the participants needs or preferences.

STRUCTURE
25 hours that will include 20 hours of classroom with 4 hours of
training per day inside the school. This time will be split between
the breathing sessions, mindfulness sessions, healthy food sessions.
(Monday-Friday, 09:30 - 13:30).

In addition to the classes in the school, the course includes
cultural visits with the teachers: guided walking tours to the Old City,
interesting cultural visits + visit to Museum History of Art, MNAC.

COURSE FEES
350 euros per person including 2 cultural activities:
guided tour + cultural visit to the Museum of History of Art, MNAC
