    Participants will have the opportunity to work on their oral communication skills in an authentic academic setting. Sessions involve short lectures, specific learning tasks, group work, vocabulary building, and pronunciation exercises. Participants will be placed with the right class and level to increase their competence in the English language.

PROGRAM OPTIONS
20 hours of English:

Classes from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 14:00 + 2 afternoon activities included (it is free and optional)
Learning material will be provided first day of class, according to the participants levels.

25 hours of English:

Classes from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 14:30 or 10:00 am to 15:00 + 2 afternoon activities included (it is free and optional)
Learning material will be provided first day of class, according to the participants levels.

CLASSES and ACTIVITIES 
Morning: Classes
Afternoon activities: Guided visit and Historical Route in Gothic and Medieval area in Barcelona, museums... Cultural activities are optional and free.

COURSE FEES (per person including all material + 2 Extracurricular activities (free))
20h (1 week): €350 per person.
40h (2 weeks): €700 per person.
25h (1 week): €450 per person.
50h (2 weeks): €900 per person.

If the course dates have to be postponed/changed due to an emergency situation, the fees paid will be valid for any other course offered by SpainBcn-Programs during the following 12 months.

You can use any of the financial sources offered by your University, Erasmus+ Programs (or private, depending on your possibilities).

Overall objectives of the mobility: 
Improvement of English language. 
Possibility of Intensive English block course.
Adding curricular value, improving the quality of the teaching in the EU.
Improve the quality and diversity of services provided by the University, the School department or educational institution sharing information and exchanging experience with international department in the partners’ institution.

Added value of the mobility:
The staff member has the opportunity to experience the general atmosphere of the country and the attitudes of its citizens, and share this knowledge with the institution and propose administrative measures.
Better communication with other students, to increase awareness of Spanish culture, essential for advising and supporting students regarding a stay abroad.

Expected outcomes and impact :
Exchange of experience with colleagues from other universities.
Cooperation with international partners.
Enhancement of language skills in English for communication with (potential) partner institutions and comprehension of information material.
New experiences and interesting encounters, learning more about the educational offer of the partner institution in order to increase the number of students exchanged between our institutions.
Meeting new colleagues, gaining inter culture competences, exchange of experiences between the participating staff members. 

CERTIFICATION OF ATTENDANCE

At the end of your course you will receive a Certificate of Attendance with description of training content, time input and achievement.
